Events & Places Visited this Month: Jen has been busy! Here are the highlights of Jen's travels and events throughout May: -
CD8 DFL Convention - May 4th: At the CD8 DFL Convention, Jen was honored to receive the DFL endorsement.
- DFL Senior Caucus Endorsement: Jen was also proud to receive the endorsement from the DFL Senior Caucus, highlighting her commitment to addressing the needs of seniors in our community.

Visit with SOAR Members in Eveleth: Jen kicked off May by visiting the Steelworker Organization of Active Retirees (SOAR) in Eveleth, engaging with retired steelworkers and discussing issues important to them.

Cloquet High School Visit: Jen visited Cloquet High School where she spoke with U.S. Government students, experienced driving a semi-truck simulator, and learned about the impressive shop courses. The students are building robots, using 3D printers, and gaining carpentry skills. The dedication of the teachers and the quality of the programs were inspiring!

Bemidji BI-CAP Visit: In Bemidji, Jen toured the BI-CAP work experience training program for youth. She witnessed firsthand the construction of a house for a local family and learned about the program's GED course and certification opportunities.

Northern MN Addiction Wellness Center Tour: Jen also toured the Northern MN Addiction Wellness Center in Bemidji, gaining insights into their critical work supporting individuals in recovery.
