Dear Judicial Watch Member,
When Judicial Watch sues states over their
failure to clean their voter rolls, we mean business!
That's why we just filed a new lawsuit to force
California to clean its voter rolls after we uncovered a
broad failure to clean up voter rolls in dozens of the state's
counties.
Our historic 2017 lawsuit and settlement with
California led to the removal of over 1.2 million
ineligible voters in Los Angeles County alone...but our research and
our new lawsuit shows there is still
more work to do.
When we achieve a settlement with a state about cleaning its voter
rolls...which is the single best defense against voter fraud...we don't
just walk away.
Our election law team, which is the best in the business, keeps
monitoring to be sure the settlements are being honored.
And they are constantly analyzing the most up-to-date election data to
determine if in other counties and states the number of registered
voters exceeds the Census counts of eligible voters...which leads us
to issue "warnings" and if necessary file lawsuits.
This is hard, time-consuming work...and it is expensive!
That's
why I am so hopeful you will make a tax-deductible contribution to help us
today.
With the generous support of our members, Judicial Watch has already
forced the removal of more than 4.4 million ineligible
voters from voter rolls across the country...
...and that means we have eliminated more than 4.4 million
opportunities for voter fraud in this election year!
I don't believe that any of our work fighting for the rule of law is
more important than our fight for honest elections.
And we must always be fully prepared to take on new challenges in this
fight...because if Judicial Watch doesn't take on those challenges, no
one else will.
It is really that simple, and it is why I urge you to add
to your support today. We can’t do this election
integrity work without you.
Please help us fight for you and for the rule of law with even
more impact.
And if you do, I want you to know that every day all of us at Judicial
Watch will be working to honor your trust in us.
Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton President
