Then: 21 total states across the country moved to enact harmful abortion bans — including an 1800s-era ban that was passed (and later repealed) in Arizona. Then by taking a step even further, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled on a case that temporarily banned IFV.
Now: We know that the Republican Party of 2024 will stop at nothing to either continue to ban IVF or even worse, pass a national abortion ban.
