PERKINS: An Open Letter to the Republican Party |
by Tony Perkins |
The stresses on America both internationally and domestically are immense. We face the brute reality of war in Ukraine, which could easily spill into a NATO country. The Middle East is more volatile than at any time since the founding of Israel 76 years ago. There are grim warnings from some people of civil war here at home as the cancel culture seeks to silence and even eradicate voices with which they disagree. Yet while there are many things that deserve Americans' attention, there is one debate that has been, is, and will be a defining issue for our nation. |

UPDATED Explainer: WHO Pandemic Agreement Threatens National Sovereignty, Free Speech, and Life |
by Ben Johnson |
The Biden administration plans to adopt a dangerous international accord that gives the World Health Organization (WHO) greater control over the way the U.S. responds to global health pandemics like COVID-19 - and to do so without Senate approval. by Joshua Arnold |
It took longer for Americans to build a floating pier on the Gazan coast to deliver aid than for the aid to be looted. President Joe Biden announced the pier project during his March 7 state of the union address. After a number of delays, the pier was in place by May 7. However, due to "high winds and high sea swells," as Deputy Pentagon Press Secretary Sabrina Singh described it, no aid could be delivered immediately. |

How Can Christians Respond to Israel's Ongoing War? |
by Lela Gilbert |
As my Jerusalem friend told me, her friends and neighbors - surrounded by the Gaza War's uncertainties and injustices - are indeed "anxious, angry but still hopeful." It's true that our U.S. Christian community is geographically half-a-world away from Jerusalem, but we remain close in heart and spirit. While we watch this painful and complicated conflict unfold, let's add "steadfast in prayer - watchful and thankful" (Colossians 4:2) as our own response to Israel's wartime challenges and uncertainties. |

'Hogan the Horrific': Maryland's Former Republican Governor Calls for Codifying Roe |
by S.A. McCarthy |
More and more Republicans appear to be abandoning their pro-life principles in the name of political expediency. The latest to do so is Maryland's former governor. Now running for a seat in the U.S. Senate, Larry Hogan (R) released a campaign ad on Tuesday vowing to codify Roe v. Wade at the federal level. |
