north Texas district court. He faced bipartisan opposition over his
extreme views on contraception and personal freedoms. 2018: While his
confirmation stalled in the Senate, Kacsmaryk made an investment in his
future. He became a campaign donor to Josh Hawley. 2019: Josh Hawley was
the deciding vote in the U.S. Senate to confirm Kacsmaryk to the northern
Texas district court. 2022: A lawsuit was filed in the northern Texas
district court seeking to ban an abortion pill safely used by millions.
Josh Hawley’s wife led the suit. His donor was the judge. 2023: Kacsmaryk
ruled in favor of the suit led by Hawley’s wife, calling for a
near-immediate ban on the abortion pill mifepristone in all 50 states.
Hawley used his taxpayer-funded office to file an amicus brief supporting
the decision. NOW: The Supreme Court is considering the case, argued by
Hawley’s wife and originally decided by Hawley’s campaign donor judge, to
ban mifepristone, the most commonly used abortion pill, in all 50 states.
Josh Hawley and his corrupt family business have led the charge to ban
abortion in our country. This year, we’re making him own it. Chip in today
