There's been a concerning development in my race, so I hope you'll spare a few minutes to read this update.This morning, the Congressional Leadership Fund – GOP House Speaker Mike Johnson’s powerful super PAC – announced that they would be spending $30 million for an ad blitz in California swing districts.

This obviously isn’t the best news, but here's what it tells us: the GOP knows the only way they can maintain control of the House is by winning key California races like CA-41.

We know from our last election that these attacks will keep coming, and they’ll become more disingenuous and desperate as we get closer to November.

With just 167 days to go until Election Day, we can’t let these attacks stick – not in a race as close as ours.
