*LCB Board Action: Cannabis waste rules filed - public comment period now open*

On May 22, during a regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action related to cannabis rulemaking:

"Approved preproposal statement of inquiry (CR 101)" to begin implementation of SSB 5376 regarding the sales of cannabis waste.
