The elections and ballot initiatives we’ve identified as democracy’s top priorities this year are essential for more representative democracy.
And as we’ve said before, the stakes couldn’t be higher. That’s why we’re fighting for fair maps by working to elect Democracy Defenders as governor and in state legislatures, combat partisan efforts to reduce the independence of state supreme courts, and enact redistricting reform ballot measures.
