Yep, that’s right: High-ranking House Republicans are canceling votes so they can spend their workday cheering on Dear Leader at his hush-money trial.

And no, they’re not worried about losing their jobs, because they don’t work for their constituents, or for the Constitution, or even for their country – they work for Donald Trump.

And for that reason…I think it’s high time the GOP Majority hears the immortal words of their favorite megalomaniac: “You’re fired.”
