We have 85 legal projects that need your help:

	1—5 HOURS Review Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws Protea Foundation The purpose of Protea Foundation is to expand access to psychedelic treatment options for women suffering from childhood trauma. They need a lawyer to review articles of incorporation and bylaws and ensure volunteers and management are protected from liability. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	1—5 HOURS Help Determine State Filing for Land Purchase Simwatachela Sustainable Agricultural and Arts Program [SSAAP] SSAAP recently purchased land in AZ. The Title Deed is in SSAAP's name. The land is bare without any structures on it at this time. They need help discerning whether or not SSAAP is required to register with AZ Secretary of State. Tax-Exempt Organizations expertise is required. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	1—5 HOURS Vocal Vanguards: Trends and Challenges of the 2024 Election We The Action Join We The Action on May 23 at 3pm - 4pm ET for "Vocal Vanguards: Trends and Challenges of the 2024 Election." The program will feature speakers engaged in ensuring free and fair elections, explain what is at stake, will identify the many issues to be addressed this election cycle, and encourage lawyer involvement in protecting democracy. This is a remote webinar, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	1—5 HOURS Help Review what Information Should be Saved Democracy Labs Democracy Labs is a nonprofit that applies technology and storytelling to serve other non-profits. They need a lawyer to review their license for an app that helps people find out about benefits they might be entitled for. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
