If Senator Durbin is going to stay on pace with his end-of-month fundraising goal and with millions the GOP is spending to take back the Senate, he needs 20 people to donate before tonight at midnight. What can we say to convince you to chip in? [[link removed]]

We could tell you that Republicans only need to flip a handful of seats to take back control of the Senate. Democrats are defending two-thirds of the seats up for election this November in several states that Trump won by a landslide in 2020.

We could tell you that the stakes of this election couldn’t be higher. Our Democratic Senate majority is the only thing standing between a nationwide abortion ban and cuts to Medicare and Social Security.

We could tell you that if we want Senator Durbin to help get our country back on track in the Senate, we first need to make sure he’s on track to reach all of his fundraising goals.

We would never expect everyone to donate each time we reach out, but if just a handful of folks chipped in, we’d be that much closer to our goal.
