Attached is Maine's weekly influenza surveillance report for MMWR week 20, ending May 18, 2024.

* Percent influenza-like illness outpatient visits: 1.42%
* Number of hospitalizations: 3
* Number of outbreaks: 0

This is the last weekly influenza surveillance report for the 2023-24 influenza season. Summer monthly reports will be published July-September on the first Tuesday of each month. Weekly reports for the 2024-25 influenza season will begin this Fall. Monthly and weekly reports are posted online at www.maine.gov/dhhs/flu/weekly [ [link removed] ]
