Achieving the Gold Standard of Care: Transforming Pregnancy-related Medicaid Coverage to be More Holistic and Patient-centered

Wednesday, May 22nd, 1pm – 2pm EST

Join Families USA and partners for a panel discussion on the ways that state Medicaid programs can improve pregnancy outcomes and the overall health of pregnant and postpartum people.

As we take Mother’s Day to reflect on the state of maternal health care across the country, we will engage national, state, and community health experts on the importance of improving access to Medicaid pregnancy coverage by expanding covered benefits and ensuring better integration of the non-clinical community-based workforce, including doulas.

Attendees will hear from experts on the ground who are moving this critical work forward.  For more information about this work, please see our recent publication
