President Biden is considering a full closure of the U.S.-Mexico border, a move
that would severely limit access to asylum and reinforces harmful Trump-era policies.

Texas is fighting to implement S.B. 4, an unconstitutional law that would set a
dangerous precedent for states to subvert federal immigration authority. This
would lead to more chaos and confusion at the border and invite widespread
racial profiling of Black and Brown communities — both immigrants and U.S.
citizens alike.
