Don't miss the opportunity to apply for the Parkinson Canada CARE
Fund. 

The CARE Fund seeks innovative and impactful programs to empower
individuals and care partners affected by Parkinson's disease.
Our aim is to support scalable, sustainable, and measurable
initiatives that address unmet needs in local communities across
Canada. We're on a mission to support innovative programs focusing on
wellness, education, and mental health.

We've allocated $100,000 towards the CARE Fund, with grants ranging
from $5,000 to $25,000 for one year.

Grant period: September 1, 2024, to August 31st, 2025

Your program could make a significant difference in the lives of
those affected by Parkinson's. 

To be eligible for funding, programs must align with our commitment
to serving diverse and underserved communities with limited access to
Parkinson's specific programming. Eligible focus areas include
exercise programming, education and skill-building initiatives, and
mental health support.
