* *Effective date:* Immediately
* *Summary:* The DHS EVV team will no longer monitor the [email protected] email inbox for EVV inquiries. DHS will continue to use this email for non-EVV purposes.

DHS plans to review, update and archive PartnerLink MnCHOICES webpages [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* All lead agencies that use the MnCHOICES PartnerLink webpages
* *Effective date:* May 31, 2024
* *Summary:* Over the next several months, DHS plans to review, update and archive the MnCHOICES PartnerLink webpages as we continue to support lead agencies to implement the MnCHOICES revision project.

DHS will no longer allow lead agencies to bypass MMIS exception code 951 [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Lead agency supervisors and staff who enter MMIS service agreements
* *Effective date:* July 1, 2024
* *Summary:* Effective July 1, 2024, DHS will no longer allow lead agencies to manually bypass MMIS exception code 951 to align with continuous coverage requirements.

Reminder: Waiver Reimagine survey: DHS seeks input on disability waiver reform [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* People who receive waiver services, families of people who receive waiver services and other interested parties
* *Survey deadline:* May 30, 2024
* *Summary:* DHS seeks community feedback on disability waiver reform through a voluntary survey. The deadline to complete the survey is May 30, 2024.

* *Audience:* 245D-licensed providers, tribal nations, lead agencies and other interested parties
* *Event dates:* June 24 and 25, 2024
* *Summary:* This two-day advanced practical training covers how to use safety science principles to respond to critical incidents, engage employees in safety and improvement efforts and analyze systemic factors related to unintended outcomes.
