How do we shape parishes of prayer and deep community?
Parishes of adoration, awe, and service?
“Shaping the Parish has helped me connect my formation as a priest to the questions every parish seems to wrestle with. We are asking better questions and better listening to the answers. We are finally moving from ideas to action.”
The Rev. Thomas Early

Shaping the Parish is a two-year program structured to allow participation of both clergy and lay people (teams are encouraged).
• 15 two-hour sessions throughout the year – enough to facilitate real learning, while being sensitive to the Church year and the reality of busy calendars.
• Sessions are designed to maximize learning and to make online interaction as useful and energizing as possible. Learn in small groups with diverse experience.
“A unique training approach grounded in prayer and the best of the Episcopal tradition, while challenging us and our congregations to become more effective organizations and to enter more deeply into the life of Christ.”
The Rt Rev Poulson Reed, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma
