Join the St. Louis Young Republicans and St. Louis County Family Association for an exciting evening as we explore what went right and wrong during the 2024 Legislative Session.
The event will be held at the Lodge of Des Peres on Thursday, May 30th. Doors will open at 6:00 PM and the presentation will begin at 6:30 PM.
Our speakers include lawmakers such as Sen. Andrew Koenig (SD-15), Rep. Ben Keathley (HD-101), and Rep. Josh Hurlbert (HD-12).
State Representative Ben Keathly will give a Legislative Update on the Missouri House’s actions.
State Senator and State Treasurer Candidate, Andrew Koenig, will speak on the Senate’s legislative actions and the the MOScholars Program.
The MOScholars Program allows you to support private school tuition and have your donation fully refundable by the state of Missouri. Senator Koenig sponsored and ushered the passage of the program in 2021 and he expanded the program this Legislative Session to include as many as 12,000 Missouri K-12 School Children.
Lastly, we will also hear from State Representative Josh Hurlbert (R-Smithville) whose full time position is the Scholarship Coordinator for the Herzog Foundation. He will describe the process of donating and receiving your tax credit.
