Nottingham City Council is currently undertaking a Homelessness Needs Assessment, which will be key to shaping future services as well as informing our next 5-year Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Prevention Strategy, which is coming up for renewal.
In Nottingham, the private rented sector (PRS) accounts for over a quarter of all homes. The sector therefore plays a major role in housing our citizens, including vulnerable low income households who may have become homeless or are at risk of homelessness
As part of our needs assessment it is important for us to understand the current views, needs and challenges of landlords providing PRS housing in the city. We would be grateful if you would spare a few minutes of your time to complete the following survey which closes on Tuesday 28th May, 11.45pm.
The survey should be completed only by landlords who are letting properties in Nottingham.
