Hi John.
Please join me for my next Call with your Congresswoman!
This is a chance for you to ask me your questions right from your own phone. Our call is on Wednesday, May 22nd, and begins at 6:00 p.m. CT.
I’ve been hearing from many Kansas families who are struggling with higher grocery prices. I understand how concerning that can be. I was raised by a single mom and I’m still paying off my student loans. I’m looking forward to answering your questions about how Congress can help make life more affordable, grow our economy, and more.

I’m pushing for concrete and bipartisan solutions to lower grocery prices and make life more affordable.
My focus is on building an economy that works for everyone. That means making life more affordable and building on progress in other areas of our economy.
In 2023, we saw the highest percentage of women in the workforce since 1948. Our economy has also created more than 15 million jobs since 2020. But there’s more work to do, especially to lower costs.
That's why I’m working with both parties to stop price gouging and to help farmers grow and deliver food more cheaply.
I’m looking forward to answering your questions on these issues and much more. Click here to join our call list now if you haven’t already so you don’t miss out.
I'm also pleased to announce that two special guests will join me on the call to help answer your questions.
o Dennis McKinney, the Executive Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Kansas Farm Service Agency.
o Christy Davis, the Kansas State Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development Agency.
If you can’t make it to our call on Wednesday, please know you can always contact my office to share your concerns.
I’m here to serve every person and corner of our community, regardless of party. Whether we agree on every issue or not is beside the point. Everyone deserves a government that works for them – not just for special interests, big corporations, or the extremes of either party.
My warmest regards,
Sharice L. Davids Member of Congress
