The U.S. Supreme Court has grown in size since the founding of the United States, adding justices to match the number of U.S. District Courts over time.
This practice, however, stopped after President Ulysses S. Grant last expanded SCOTUS to nine judges in 1869. Since then, the District Courts have grown to 13 districts without any matching Supreme Court expansion.
MAGA Republicans used Trump to pack the court and drastically roll back our rights.
Jack: Should the Supreme Court should immediately expand to 13 seats?
