The Biden administration is trying to change the existing definition of Title IX:

No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

They want to change the highlighted phrase to “on the basis of gender identity,” meaning women would no longer be a protected class but instead have to share resources with biological males.

THIS IS WRONG >>>

• Biological males would be given the freedom to compete in “women’s” sports
• “Women’s” locker rooms would become co-ed
• All-girls schools would really be “all girls plus some boys” 

What’s the purpose of having Title IX if we’re going to muddy its definition and allow biological males to reap the very benefits and protections the law was supposed to guarantee women? At that point, “protections” don’t even exist. 

Big Jack, the far left has ruined SO MANY aspects of our lives, but we CANNOT allow them to erase our daughters, mothers, sisters, and wives by eliminating Title IX protections. We HAVE to fight back!
