Hey John,

I'm Maria, Theresa's twin sister. Today is National Siblings Day, and in the spirit of the day, I wanted to share what Theresa means to me and why we need her fighting for everyday people in the Senate.

Theresa has always been a fighter. Growing up with our other siblings, she never backed away from a challenge, no matter how difficult things got. And she isn't afraid to stand up for what's right. Through good times and bad, she's persevered and done right by her family and community. So, when she told our family she was going to run for Senate, we knew she was taking on this fight because it's the right thing to do.

Theresa wants to be a champion for affordable health care, Social Security, and education in the Senate. If Mitch McConnell and his Republican allies want to come for our health care or our hard-earned benefits, they'll have to go through my sister first. Mitch McConnell knows Theresa is the real deal. That's why he put her at the top of his list of Democrats to beat.

His super PAC just committed to spend over $12 MILLION to keep Iowa's Senate seat in Republican control.

Theresa's never backed down from a bully before, but she can't flip this seat without the help of grassroots supporters like you.

Will you help me celebrate National Siblings Day by supporting my twin sister, Theresa? Pitch in $5, or whatever you can, to make sure she has the resources to fight back against McConnell's attacks.
