John – many people are arguing that the 14th Amendment would automatically disqualify him from running for president, due to the fact it states that someone who “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” should be barred from holding office. And according to a new poll 51% of voters agree with this. In fact, some have gone as far as petitioning their state to not allow his name on the ballot!
