Whether you’re isolating at home, or are providing an essential service, we want to thank you for playing your role in helping to flatten the curve as we face this global pandemic.

So many in our community are chipping in and helping others. And here at Team Underwood, we want to hear about what everyone is doing during this time of uncertainty.

Working from my own front porch earlier this week, I saw a parade of cars drive by honking with signs and balloons to wish one of the kids in my neighborhood a happy birthday. Everywhere we turn, we are seeing people come together to support each other safely.

John, we’re opening up an online survey so you can share with us what you’re experiencing during this shelter at home. Anything you’ve seen in your community, what you’re doing to keep yourself busy, or any pressing needs -- we want to know.

Our lives have changed over the past few weeks. Our campaign is entirely digital and we are all working from home. Schools across our district will be online for the remainder of the school year. I know you are being touched by the crisis, too.

That’s why our team designed a survey to help better understand what you’re experiencing. As always, we are encouraging folks to stay up-to-date by checking the CDC website and our Illinois Department of Health website for the latest updates.
