Did Round Rock ISD Officials Attempt to Cover Up a Sexual Assault? According to former Round Rock ISD Chief of Police Dennis Weiner, the district attempted to hide a sexual assault of a five-year-old student. Emily Medeiros has the story [[link removed]].
Weiner asserted the principal of the elementary school, area superintendent, senior chief of schools, general counsel, Title IX investigator, and Superintendent Azaiez knew of the criminal activity but failed to report it to the district police.
He wrote in a letter to Azaiez and the school board, "there may not be any criminal liability or malfeasance in the current case or in the historic practices and actions of district leadership," but he did complain about "undue influence, pressure, or involvement" hindering his ability to do his job. He added that he formally requested the involvement of the Texas attorney general’s office.
"I really hope that the Attorney General comes in and investigates, and does something because there’s really no recourse for parents at this point." - Jill Farris Venezuelan Fugitive Crossed in Texas, Arrested in New York An illegal alien and member of a transnational criminal organization first encountered in Del Rio, Texas, was arrested on multiple weapons charges [[link removed]] in New York City.
