The Supreme Court wants January 6 insurrectionists to go free!

Yes, you read that correctly.

The Court recently heard arguments from right-wing lawyers that the Department of Justice improperly prosecute hundreds of January 6 rioters to go after Donald Trump.

The ultra-conservative SCOTUS is ready to overturn the convictions of the insurrectionists who stormed the Capitol.

To add insult to injury, Clarence Thomas — whose wife actively supported the attack — refuses to recuse himself from this case. He doesn’t care if it is a conflict of interest: Thomas must protect Trump.

Only a Democratic majority in the Senate can stop Thomas and his conservative cronies on the bench from disregarding justice.

Jack, with a Supreme Court dominated by far-right conservatives who don’t care about the rule of law, it’s never been more critical to make sure we continue to have a Democratic majority in the Senate. We must stop the radical activists on the Court from ramming through their pro-Trump MAGA agenda.
