Across Montana, teachers and administrators are stepping up to support our kids more than ever before. Our educators are using new technology to allow students to learn online, feeding kids who usually receive meals at school, 3D-printing masks for first responders, and funding activities for their students to do at home all while ensuring their own families are safe during this uncertain time.
They have risen to the occasion — and they deserve a superintendent at the Office of Public Instruction who will too.
The COVID-19 pandemic will dramatically impact our education system for years to come.
We need a public education advocate who will demand our schools are adequately funded to handle these new pressures, fight for the resources our teachers and students need to be successful, and most importantly, defend our public schools.
Thank you for joining me in this fight. I do not take your support for granted and I hope to see you on the campaign trail soon.
In solidarity,
P.S. I know times are hard for many of us and I understand if you can't donate right now. I hope you'll continue following my campaign while you take care of yourself and your family and ultimately vote for me come November.
