In 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court abandoned a woman’s fundamental right to choice by overturning Roe v. Wade, kicking off a chain of assaults on reproductive health care.

Just this year, our country has taken TOO many steps back on this issue.

• In February, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled to restrict IVF access in a HUGE step back in reproductive healthcare access.
• Last month, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled to uphold a Civil War-era abortion ban — which has luckily since been repealed by the state legislature.
• Just a few weeks ago, Florida’s archaic six-week abortion ban officially took effect.

This is unacceptable, and I refuse to stand by as our rights are rolled back.

Let me be clear: I will always fight to defend our rights to abortion, contraception, and healthcare access.

As your Congresswoman, I am committed to ensuring these draconian bans NEVER reach North Carolina. Women deserve to have the right to make reproductive health care decisions without adhering to Republicans’ anti-choice agenda.
