Conducting Oversight and Holding Gruenberg Accountable
This week, I led the House Financial Services Committee in a hearing to conduct oversight over President Biden's Prudential Regulators, including the unfit Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Chairman, Martin Gruenberg.
Chairman Gruenberg must resign immediately. He has failed his employees, his agency, and the American people. The FDIC needs real leadership and the misconduct of Chair Gruenberg has made it abundantly clear that he is unable to lead.
