And whenever Rick Scott gets his moment in the limelight — photo ops, interviews, or attack ads — he makes sure to wear his Navy hat. He wants us to think of him as a selfless, honest senator who cares about Florida families. But that couldn't be further from the truth. 

Rick Scott is nothing more than a self-serving fraud. He doesn't care about our service members or any of the families that he serves. And despite his efforts to hide this, his record speaks for itself.

Rick Scott made his MASSIVE fortune while his company defrauded the health insurance provider for millions of active duty service members, veterans, and their families. He resigned from his role, walked away with virtually no consequences, and used the mega-fortune he made to jumpstart his political career.

It's a story that we see again and again throughout his career. Rick Scott's time in office is defined by hypocrisy and self-serving extremism.

He claims to support working families, but he wrote the plan to end Medicare and Social Security. He claims to be a proud American, but he undermined our democracy by refusing to certify the 2020 election results even after the insurrection. He claims to be a public servant, but he's shown us time and time again that, in reality, he only serves himself.
