The NYYRC Joins Letter in Support of Christian Colleges
This past week, New York Young Republican Club President Gavin M. Wax signed a letter led by the American Principles Project and 24 other organizations.
The letter reads:
It’s pretty clear what’s happening here. USED is actively engaging in a search-and-destroy mission to undermine schools that challenge left-wing orthodoxy and offer students the ability to learn real skills at an affordable price. And they’re succeeding – these are enormous fines that will absolutely impact the Christian students that attend these universities who want to be affiliated with a school that best fits their values.

Introducing the New York Young Republican Club Labor Caucus
The New York Young Republican Club is proud to announce the launch of the Labor Caucus. The Republican Party, properly understood, has historically been the party of the American working class. For too long, however, greedy corporations and their D.C. shills have ruled over both parties with an iron grip, creating a sort of anti-worker duopoly in Washington. What’s more, a dangerous ideology of anti-unionism has cropped up in the libertarian flank of the GOP. These folks, like their colleagues in the cosmopolitan-centered Democratic Party, have abandoned workers, often with an air of condescension and white collar-superiority. The MAGA brigade and the New Right, conversely, firmly believe that blue-collar workers and physical laborers of all sorts are the spine of American society. Without them, we would literally crumble as a nation.
The New York Young Republican Club is the oldest and largest Young Republican club in the United States, incorporated in 1911 with predecessor organizations dating to 1856.

During this transformative time for the New York Young Republican Club, many of you have reached out to us asking how to get more involved with the club, and how to better support our efforts.
One effective way to do this is to join a committee. We are currently looking for Vice-Chairs for many of our committees, who will receive special discounts for working events and recognition on our website. In addition to Vice Chair positions, we are looking to build all of our committees in terms of members.Â
Please take a moment to review our committees here and contact any committees you are interested in joining at the email address listed on the website. You are allowed to join up to 3 committees per our Bylaws.Â
To be a member of a committee, you must be a member of the Club in Good Standing.Â
The New York Young Republican Club has caucuses that advocate for representation of their respective interests in the Club and Republican Party. We invite our members to become more active in our caucuses to promote Republican ideals throughout the five boroughs and beyond.
Any group of five Voting Members of the Club may petition the Board of Governors to charter a Caucus to forward ideas, advance an issue, represent a constituency, endorse candidates, or propose resolutions.
If you wish to join a caucus, please email the caucus’s chairman or chairwoman or make a submission via the link below.
The New York Young Republican Club is a grassroots non-profit organization that relies on the generosity of members and donors to support its operations. We hope you will consider a donation today so that we remain a bastion of conservative values for many years to come!
