We’re going to be honest, team:

Our fundraising has taken a hit in the past few weeks. It’s not the end of the world, but you’ve seen us write about how consistent fundraising is so critical to having the resources we need to act fast, organize across the district, and counter Republican attacks. We really can’t afford to fall short now just as things are heating up.

Just last week, we learned that a right-wing super PAC backed by the Koch Brothers launched a $1 million ad buy attacking Pat and House Democrats that’s already hit the airwaves in the Hudson Valley. This follows a five-figure ad buy that House Republicans launched against Pat two months ago and a $30,000 cash infusion that Elise Stefanik sent directly to Pat’s MAGA opponent, Alison Esposito’s, campaign.

We really need to make up ground — so we’re calling on our grassroots team to step up and defend us from all the attacks headed Pat’s way. To catch up, we’ve got two options:

1. We need more people than usual to donate any amount to Pat’s campaign


2. Whenever possible, we need folks to give a little bit more than usual.
