Jamaal and Cori are being challenged by two so-called Democrats taking money from AIPAC’s Republican megadonors.

Justice Democrats

John,

Justice Democrats incumbents Cori Bush and Jamaal Bowman are both facing primary challenges this summer, and their opponents have one key thing in common: their campaigns are being bankrolled by Republican megadonors.

Conservative career politician George Latimer is trying to unseat Jamaal in New York’s 16th district, while prosecutor Wesley Bell challenges Cori in Missouri’s 1st district. They’ve both taken money from AIPAC and its dark money network, mostly fueled by the same GOP millionaires and billionaires supporting Donald Trump and other Republican candidates.

As Cori pointed out on Twitter, these so-called Democrats are being used as a trojan horse to let far-right extremists influence our Democratic primaries in hopes of removing two of the most progressive leaders in Congress.

Tweet from Jamaal Bowman: There’s only candidate on this stage endorsed by @PPact. #NY16 Tweet from Cori Bush: And make no mistake: the other is being used as a Trojan horse for far-right billionaires and anti-abortion extremists. But from the Bronx to St. Louis, we won’t let them Win.

Your donors reflect your values. While Latimer and Bell take money from anti-abortion and pro-insurrectionist Republicans, Cori and Jamaal’s campaigns are powered by regular, everyday people like you — and that’s exactly who they fight for in Washington.

Justice Democrats is doing everything in our power to ensure Cori and Jamaal defeat these wolves in sheep’s clothing this summer. Fuel our work with a contribution of $5 or whatever you can afford to help us win!
