John, Memorial Day comes in just a few days.
It’s a day where all of us at VoteVets take some time to remember the ones who never came home and honor their memory. We pull down our events, our fundraising, our advertisements. Memorial Day is about them, and everything else can wait.
Memorial Day also comes during what would be our end-of-month push towards our May deadline. In an election year where we’ve already committed millions of dollars and will spend millions more on critical advertising across the country, taking that time off has a cost.
