Latin America
Please pray for a 15-year-old survivor from Bolivia who was sexually abused three years ago. Her uncle abused her on several occasions while she was staying at her grandmother's house. Her case was referred to our partners in November 2023, and last week, the aggressor was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Please pray for the survivor’s recovery and for her family. Also, please pray that God would continue to grant wisdom to our legal partner in Bolivia as they work on many cases of sexual abuse of children.
Africa & Europe
Praise God for a successful fourth annual ARISE concert in Ghana. The concert brought together over 200 participants, including church partners, government partners and the Ghanaian community. The purpose of the event was to pray for our mission, worship and raise awareness about human trafficking in Ghana. IJM Ghana's in-house choir performed music from their upcoming album, including their new song

"Song of Freedom." Pray for all who attended. Pray that God will stir up a passion and commitment to eradicating human trafficking in Ghana.
South Asia
Pray for our leaders as they finalize our key strategies for the year. They are mapping out how to onboard local partners, train local authorities, support survivors and raise awareness of human trafficking in the community. Pray we select the right strategies to make a major impact this year. Ask for God’s wisdom and alignment between all our teams collaborating toward a single vision.
Asia Pacific
Pray for wisdom for the team in the Philippines as they work to fill open positions. Pray that the application process will be smooth and positive for all involved. Pray that God will lead a candidate with the right skills, who is passionate about the mission, to the team.
IJM Global Office & Partners
The IJM global office is located in the United States. IJM has Partner Offices in Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, South Korea, Switzerland, Singapore, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
Pray for numerous upcoming events in the US. IJM staff are working to coordinate and support many exciting events in the upcoming weeks, from new staff orientation to regional fundraising events. Pray for stamina and strength for those who are leading these events. Please also pray that God will prepare the hearts of those who are attending these events.
