As we have with all the information we've received so far, we will ensure that your privacy is protected. Radicals at TCU We're going to start this week by turning our attention to TCU. To be clear, there are many good people on the Board of Trustees, and they likely have no clue about many of the radical people and policies at the school. With this reporting, we don't mean to attack the Trustees, but rather to bring to light what is happening at this important Tarrant County institution in hopes that the Trustees and others involved with the school will be inspired to make a change at TCU. We begin by looking at the Women and Gender Studies Department (WGST). This department has an "Abortion Stories" page on its website promoting abortion. That page is published by Nino Testa, the infamous drag queen who teaches a drag class at the university. The Women & Gender Studies section of TCU's website encourages students to watch videos of the "Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence," infamous for performing blasphemous mockeries of Christianity. Not a good look for a Christian school! You can click here to see all the disturbing drag-themed lessons promoted by TCU, but discretion is advised, as some of the names are particularly vulgar and degrading to women. The Department's Twitter profile also promotes "Abortion Finder" and posts collaborative events with "Texas Equal Access Fund" which pays for Texans to get abortions out-of-state. You may have guessed that the professors associated with this Women & Gender Studies Department are less than morally upright. Would you have guessed that many of them are also openly anti-semitic? Let's talk about that. Here's a link to the WGST Faculty Directory, if you want to confirm that these professors are associated with the department. Let's begin with Dr. Randa Tawil. You'll find that on her Twitter she likes tweets about "ending Zionism" and mocking Jews for "being afraid of anti-semitic protests." That's not great. But she actually goes much further. In this reply to VP Kamala Harris, Dr. Tawil openly denies the sexual assault of the October 7th victims. Another professor, Dr. Hadi Hosainy, is not only a History professor associated with WGST, but is also an undergraduate advisor according to TCU's website. This is interesting, considering his engagements on Twitter. Dr. Hosainy has liked tweets: Calling Holocaust Remembrance a "pity party" Blaming the October 7th murders on Israel's "brutal and violent occupation" Saying "They sure have a thing for r**ing people in Israel." Saying anyone that calls Hamas' attack on Israel 'unprovoked' is mind-boggling. What about Professor Jason Helms of the English Department? He is known for commenting under Biden's Twitter posts: "Stop the f***ing genocide" in reference to Israel's fight against Hamas. He also retweeted a post claiming that violent means of resistance to colonizers is legitimate. He has also liked tweets: Accusing the Israeli Defense Force of genocide. Saying "there is something...about Zionist entitlement around property that extends to children." This one plays into the anti-semitic conspiracy that Jews run pedophile rings. Saying there is "no empathy in my body for Zionists" Using the anti-semitic phrase "Jewish Question," a phrase used by the Nazis as a euphemism for the Holocaust. We hope that TCU will take the steps necessary to reverse its decline into radicalism. Expect more TCU news in the coming months. TCU's Radical Seminary While we're on the subject of TCU, let's look at their Seminary, Brite School of Divinity. It is technically a separate entity with its own Board of Trustees, but the two schools have a close relationship and Brite is housed on TCU's campus. For Brite, even far-left radicalism is not radical enough. They recently had a lecture on "Queer Afrofuturisms" in which the speaker says that "LGBT Liberation history has been whitewashed." Even far-left white radicals are too white for Brite Divinity School. Director of Community and Spiritual Life Dr. Aretha Flucker has some interesting things to say about radical politics. In a lecture called "A Sword Against Complicity" she rants that seminary students "can't be silent about white supremacy, racism, and systemic structures of injustice upon which the nation is built." She told students that to stop "white supremacy and racism" churches must be involved in politics and make people uncomfortable. She also has radical thoughts about Trump. According to her, 70 million people voted for "racism, sexism, elitism, and white supremacy." According to Dr. Aretha Flucker, the existence of Trump means "the time for straddling the fence is over," and that it is time for leftists to "pick up your sword." They also have an initiative called the "Borderlands Institute" which supports illegal immigration. Perhaps we will soon find out if they help facilitate illegal immigration, as some other "Christian" charities are reported to do. We haven't confirmed this yet but if we do, you will hear about it There is an interesting trend of radical policy and professors at TCU and its affiliate Brite Divinity. Not a good sign. While we're on the subject of Brite Divinity School, let's look at one of their graduates, who you may be familiar with. DEI Takes Over Mansfield   If you live in or around Mansfield or have paid attention to recent County Commissioner's Court meetings, you may be familiar with Bethlehem Baptist Church and Pastor/Mayor Michael Evans. Mansfield Mayor Michael Evans is a graduate of Brite Divinity School, and it shows. His congregation consists of many radical activists bent on taking over Mansfield and attacking Commissioner O'Hare at Commissioner's Court meetings, including: Ebony Turner is the Democrat candidate running against Rep. David Cook. She retweeted Jasmine Crockett who, referring to Trump, said that the government should "bury this orange heathen under the jail," and liked another tweet from Rep. Crockett calling for Trump to be "property of the State of Georgia." Another member, Jandel Crutchfield, is a newly elected member of the Mansfield ISD School Board. Jandel is a professor at UT Arlington known for her radical racial activism. She is the former "Director of DEI" for the University. But now that she's on the Mansfield ISD Board, you can't accuse her of supporting DEI, because she believes that the terms DEI and CRT are racist. Big shocker. If you believe that school board members or teachers should uphold any standards, know that Jandel doesn't. That could be a problem since she is on...the school board! She agrees with BLM activist Ibram X Kendi that holding anyone to account - if they are black - is racism. She also supports "Jewish Voices for Peace," the Soros-funded pro-Hamas organization protesting across America. Mansfield will have a few ISD and City Council seats up for election next May. We will regain Republican control.   Radicals Targeting Sheriff Waybourn One of the reasons radical leftists like those from Bethlehem Baptist Church and Broadway Baptist Church were causing trouble at the Commissioner's Court is that they are bent on taking down Sheriff Bill Waybourn. Conveniently these protests are cropping up months before the November election, as they always do. The leftists in question have been attacking Sheriff Waybourn over deaths in the Tarrant County jail, including Anthony Johnson. It is important to hear the Sheriff's side of the story. As you may have guessed, he has done his job well and the complaints are an unwarranted attempt to smear him ahead of the November election. Anthony Johnson was originally brought to Tarrant County jail for waving a knife at people in traffic. Johnson died in jail after an incident in which he attacked the jailers - a contraband shank and razor were found in his cell. The Sheriff held a press conference this week to give an update on the investigation in Anthony Johnson's death, and it is clear to any reasonable person that he has handled the situation correctly and professionally. Footage of the incident was released, and Sheriff Waybourn announced that two of the jailers involved in the incident were found to have violated county policy and were fired. Just as our enemies attack County Judge O'Hare for being a principled conservative, they are baselessly attacking Sheriff Waybourn. The Sheriff is up for re-election in November, and we look forward to ensuring he remains our Sheriff. Share The Roundup with Friends!
