John,
The Heritage Foundation, one of the most powerful establishment influencers in the Republican Party, has stooped to a new low with Project 2025 and their scheme to remake America in Trump's image.
To refresh your memory, Project 2025 is a presidential transition plan written and organized by the Heritage Foundation with help from other far-right political organizations, attorneys, and strategists to maximize power in the hands of the president.
It’s not just an idea, either. The details for every step of this agenda are laid out in a 920-page document titled Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise.
The first step is recruiting 54,000+ pre-screened, die-hard MAGA folks and installing them in every federal agency, allowing Trump nearly full control of our institutions.
With his MAGA loyalists deployed to every agency, they will be perfectly positioned to enforce all of his most destructive policies and demolish any remaining checks on executive power.
John, it’s hard to say what’s the worst thing in the plan, because it’s all frighteningly dangerous, but it shouldn’t surprise you that it includes a national abortion ban along with enforcing a 151-year-old law called the Comstock Act to stop the mailing of drugs and equipment used in abortions, outlaw mifepristone and ban the use of contraceptives.
Other key pieces include separation of families, the end of birthright citizenship, and the creation of deportation camps. Project 2025 will classify all published materials referencing LGBTQIA+ identity as “pornography” and impose a broad ban on their distribution.
The plan also attacks education and any attempt to fight the climate crisis, while also defunding the FBI and politicizing the Justice Department to prosecute Trump’s political enemies.
All of this and more is funded by America’s biggest banks through their financial contributions to the Heritage Foundation.
Join me and send a message demanding these Wall Street banks publicly denounce Project 2025, permanently end funding of the Heritage Foundation, and commit to ethical practices.
