Thank you to all of our team participants for spending long days out in the field birding your tail feathers off!
We have 10 wonderful Birdathon teams and three special teams. Some of our amazing volunteers got up before the sun to get a head start on a long Birdathon marathon - driving from park to park in search of as many species as they could find.
One of our teams, A Drake and a Hen ([link removed]) , spent the whole day birding and was rewarded by a rainbow and a glimpse of the Northern Lights! Their final tally? 126! Please celebrate their efforts by making a small donation to their team here ([link removed]) . Your gift will go towards bird conservation, citizen science, advocacy for bird-friendly legislation, public education and more!
