Ted Cruz’s reputation for opposing every good piece of legislation possible is apparently so strong that even his Republican colleagues are poking fun at him.
Get this, John:
Ted Cruz’s reputation for opposing every good piece of legislation possible is apparently so strong that even his Republican colleagues are poking fun at him now that he actually wants to get something passed.
— The Hill
But don’t get your hopes up. Even though he wants to pass the bill to reauthorize the FAA, he’s still opposed to way too many of the policies that could actually help Texas families to let him have another term:
- Abortion rights
- LGBTQ+ rights
- Common-sense gun safety
- Affordable health care
- And so much more
Some public servants actually want to make a difference and improve the lives of their constituents. But Ted’s just happy to spend his days podcasting and sh*tposting on Twitter while voting no on almost everything that crosses his desk!
We think that means it’s time for Ted to cut his losses and get out of politics. So we’re going to run ads and mobilize voters all over Texas this November to make sure he gets to enjoy an early retirement!
But we can’t do that without you, John. Will you pitch in $5 right now to support our work and help us Cut Cruz on Election Day?
