Senator Mitt Romney just ignited a firestorm by saying that President Biden should have pardoned Donald Trump. We'll give credit where credit is due. Mitt Romney has been one of the few Republicans to criticize Donald Trump, and to support impeachment. But he's 100% wrong on this. Trump must pay for his crimes, and cannot be allowed to escape justice. And there is no evidence whatsoever that his lunatic followers would come to their senses if offered an olive branch in the form of a pardon.
