The MCB thanks the Lord Mayor for a wonderful Eid Celebration at the historic Old Library at the Guildhall.
As part of the evening reception the Lord Mayor, Michael Mainelli (the 695th Lord Mayor of the City of London), shared his recognition of the great contribution of British Muslims to London, of the wonderful diversity of communities and shared his appreciation for those who had completed fasting in the holy month of Ramadan.

The MCB congratulate our affiliates Strive UK for their fantastic Sibghah Literary Festival for Children, the first of its kind in the UK.
The event aimed to encourage and inspire young people to share their stories, noting the important and power of content, creativity and changing narratives.
