I can’t tell you how proud it’s made me to watch people from every corner of Oregon – and the country – come together to support my campaign for Congress. Seeing yard signs across OR-05 with my name on them is truly humbling, and I’m so grateful to have the support of this community. As we head into the final days of this primary election, I want to take a moment to tell you a bit about my record and why I'm in this race. (Polling data shows that this race is tied, so if you're already all in to flip OR-05 blue, you can contribute here.) I’ve been so grateful to call Oregon my home for more than 20 years now. Raising my four children, with my husband Mark, in Happy Valley has been a dream come true. I love this community and I’m so grateful to be raising my kids and running a small business here. It’s been a privilege to serve our community in the Oregon Legislature, fighting for what we care about most – housing affordability, lowering the cost of health care, protecting our rights and freedoms, and so much more. I've spent the last several months meeting voters all across this district, and folks everywhere are ready to say goodbye to the extremism and division in Congress – and replace it with the unifying leadership that our communities deserve. I'm incredibly proud of the work that I've done to uplift and protect my community, and I'll never hide from my record. Listen, this campaign is deeply personal to me because of my love for this community — and more importantly, because of what it will mean for my fellow Oregonians.
Friend, I will never forget the way you have stepped up when I needed you most. Thank you for all you’ve done to support our campaign. With gratitude, Janelle |
