John,
Due to more delays on the House floor, the Ranked Choice Voting Local Option bill wasn’t taken up on the House floor again yesterday — so we’re back at the Capitol again tomorrow. Huge thanks to everyone who showed up yesterday and on Monday! Our presence matters and we need to show up in an even bigger way tomorrow. Now’s the time to make our voices heard more loudly and more clearly that we expect the bill to be heard!
Come tomorrow (Friday) at 10am in front of the House Chamber to greet legislators as they come in and then head to the gallery where they can see us all. We don’t know when the bill will be up so come then and stay as long as you can. The important time is to have a big presence at the start of the session. If you can’t be there until later, watch for updates on when the bill will be up.

What: House Floor Session on RCV Local Option Bill
When: Friday, May 17, 10:00am
Where: House Chambers, Minnesota State Capitol (75 Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard., St Paul, MN 55155). Note, you can park in the old Sears parking lot (425 Rice St, St Paul, MN 55103), or at paid or street parking nearby.
We also need to make sure that our lawmakers know ahead of time how important this issue is to you. If you haven’t already, take a few moments now to send them a message [[link removed]] (add your own custom touch if you are able) and make sure they know you want them to vote YES!
Thank you for continuing to show up and letting the legislators know the RCV bill is important to you. Your presence is key to getting the bill over the finish line.
See you there!
