*Gov. Reynolds Signs SF 2411 and HF 2465 into Law* 

         
DES MOINES – Today, Gov. Kim Reynolds signed *SF 2411* [ [link removed] ], a bill which creates the Workforce Opportunity Fund, defines work-based learning, and reforms student teaching requirements, and *HF 2465* [ [link removed] ], a bill allowing high school students to gain science credit for agriculture related courses, into law.  

 

“Iowa is a national leader in work-based learning opportunities, connecting young Iowans to over 150 employer partners and good paying jobs post-training. These experiences introduce students to the possibilities that await them in Iowa’s dynamic economy and the various paths they can take to get there,” said Gov. Kim Reynolds.
