Biden’s Unconscionable, Dangerous Pro-Hamas, Anti-Israel Arms Embargo:
- On May 5, Axios and JNS reported (citing two unnamed Israeli officials) that Biden halted ammunition shipments to Israel the previous week.
- On May 9, Biden confirmed during a CNN interview: “I made it clear that if they [Israel] go into Rafah – they haven’t gone in Rafah yet – if they go into Rafah, I’m not supplying the weapons that have been used historically to deal with Rafah, to deal with the cities – that deal with that problem. . . We’re walking away from Israel’s ability to wage war in those areas. . . . I’ve made it clear to Bibi and the war cabinet: They’re not going to get our support, if in fact they go on these population centers.”
- Biden also stated regarding the pro-Hamas riots on American college campuses: “Absolutely, I hear the message.”
- The same May 9 CNN report noted that the Pentagon confirmed that the U.S. has already paused a shipment of high-payload munitions.
Biden and Blinken are Ignoring that Hamas is America’s Enemy:
In 2011, Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh praised Osama bin Laden as an “Arab holy warrior” and condemned America for killing bin Laden, saying that this was a “continuation of American oppression.” And recently, Hamas co-founder and senior official Mahmoud al-Zahar, author of the violent pro-Nazi book “The End of the Jews” which praises the Holocaust, called for battles to dominate all of Planet Earth, to result in “no Zionism, no treacherous Christianity.”
Biden is Unconscionably Withholding Key Information on the Location of Hamas’ Leaders and Tunnels:
On May 12, the Washington Post reported that the Biden administration is unconscionably using intelligence as a bargaining chip. If Israel does not go into Rafah to wipe out Hamas’ four battalions (and to rescue the hostages who are likely in Rafah, only then is the Biden administration offering Israel “sensitive intelligence to help the Israeli military pinpoint the location of Hamas leaders and find the group’s hidden tunnels, according to four people familiar with the U.S. offers.” It is outrageous that the Biden administration is trying to blackmail Israel by withholding this key information when the lives of American and Israeli hostages are at stake. If Israel does not go into Rafah to eliminate Hamas, Hamas will regroup throughout Gaza in 3 to 5 months and there will be more October 7ths.
Blinken Joined Hamas’ Demands that Israel “Get Out of Gaza” and Falsely Accused Israel of Possible IHL Violations:
Sickeningly, on May 12, during interviews on CBS’ “Face the Nation” and NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Secretary Blinken demanded that Israel “get out of Gaza,” and falsely condemned Israel, saying, “It was reasonable to assess that, in certain instances, Israel acted in ways that are not consistent with international humanitarian law,” and falsely condemned “the horrible loss of life of innocent civilians.” Blinken failed to mention the truth that Hamas is responsible for every lost life, and that Israel takes extraordinary measures to avoid harming civilians. Blinken’s statements encourage Hamas to retain the hostages and to refuse to negotiate. Why should Hamas negotiate if the U.S. is telling Israel to leave Gaza without the hostages and without destroying Hamas’ terror army?
