"I feel like my life is on hold"

The impact of the current COVID-19 pandemic is vast, affecting all of us. But COVID-19 is adding to the already long list of challenges faced by someone dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis.

Even though the virus is here, and our world as we know it has been uprooted, cancer is still an everyday reality of upheaval to breast cancer patients. The effects, treatment questions and decisions, and concern for recurrence are still an everyday worry we endure without this virus added to the mix. - A Breastcancer.org Community Member

If you are able, we greatly appreciate any and all donations to our COVID-19 RAPID RESPONSE FUND to support our emergency coverage of the COVID-19 pandemic and the programs and services our community relies on every day.

Thank you video from Dr. Marisa Weiss, founder and chief medical officer of Breastcancer.org. Watch now at [link removed] .

This is an extraordinary time for breast cancer patients as their challenges are amplified and made more urgent by a crisis that changes treatment plans, delays therapies or surgeries, and places even greater risk on their lives. Now, more than ever, people are coming to Breastcancer.org, grappling with urgent, complex questions and seeking support from each other while stuck at home, often isolated.

Throughout this crisis, Breastcancer.org is doing what we do best: helping our breast cancer community make sense of the complex and quickly evolving information needed to make the best decisions to protect their health, stay the course with their treatment, and connect with others like them for support.

Your donation to our COVID-19 RAPID RESPONSE FUND will help us weather this crisis and allow us to provide expanded resources and support to everyone who needs our help.
