Starting at 11 a.m. Thursday, you can watch the dedication ceremony online—live from the U.S. Capitol. You’ll hear comments from Franklin Graham and House Speaker Mike Johnson, along with special music from Michael W. Smith. The ceremony will also be televised on C-SPAN.
The 7-foot bronze statue features a plaque at the base with the words “Preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ,” and the pedestal is engraved with two Bible verses: John 3:16 and John 14:6.
We hope you’ll be a part of the celebration by watching the ceremony live online. Please pray that this monument will honor the Lord Jesus Christ and that it will point many people to the Gospel for generations to come.
