Dear A.,

Israel has, so far, safely

evacuated 600,000 Palestinian civilians from Rafah as it prepares to confront Hamas in the city. Reports indicate the IDF has staged enough troops in the area to proceed with the operation, though it’s unlikely to start until after U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan leaves Israel after

meetings this weekend.

Until the broader operation begins, Israel is taking actions in the eastern portion of the city. Today, the IDF raided a Hamas training camp in the eastern part of the city, killing several Hamas gunmen and seizing weapons and mock IDF vehicles that the terror group used for training.

Meanwhile, Israel continues to face attacks from Iranian terror proxies in the north. Hezbollah

launched around 60 rockets at Israel over the past 24 hours, some of which caused "minor damage" to Israel’s Mount Meron military base.

And Iranian proxies in Iraq launched two drones at Israel. Watch the video below of IDF fighter jets intercepting the drones.

Major AIPAC Election Win

Pro-Israel candidate Sarah Elfreth

won her Democratic primary last night against anti-Israel candidates vying for the open seat nomination. The AIPAC-backed Super PAC United Democracy Project blitzed the airwaves with ads in support of State Senator Elfreth. She is expected to win the election in the heavily Democratic district in November.

House to Vote Tomorrow on Bill Pushing Back on Biden

The House is scheduled to vote tomorrow on the Israel Security Assistance Support Act, a bill written after President Biden paused an arms shipment to Israel.

The legislation requires the administration to lift its delay and ensure Israel has the American-made resources it needs to defend itself. AIPAC supports this bill.

Rep. Ken Calvert (R-CA) is the author of the legislation. House passage is likely with strong Republican support, but the future of the bill is uncertain, as the White House has promised to veto the measure.

Jordan thwarts Iran-led plan to carry out acts of sabotage in kingdom

Jordan has foiled a suspected Iranian-led plot to smuggle weapons into the kingdom to help opponents of the ruling U.S.-aligned monarchy carry out acts of sabotage, according to

reports out of Jordan.

The weapons were sent by Iranian-backed militias in Syria to a cell of the Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan that has links to Hamas.

Iran is trying to ignite the entire region. This is how the regime spends the $100 million per day it makes selling oil to China.

New weapons sale to Israel

The Biden administration notified Congress that it was moving forward with more than $1 billion in new weapons deals for Israel.

The sale reportedly includes tank ammunition, tactical vehicles and mortar rounds. The sale is for items that have not yet been produced and are not expected to arrive in Israel for years.

As this sale proceeds, the administration is still delaying shipment of a sale of American-made weapons that are ready to be sent immediately.

The administration must lift all holds on arms deliveries to Israel and stop any effort to limit, delay, pause or withhold critical munitions to Israel.

PICTURE OF THE DAY: Israelis continue to choose life in the face of terror

15 babies were born to families from Nir Am, one of the Kibbutzim attacked by Hamas terrorists, since October 7th.
