Flip-flop Flattop Jon Tester will do anything to win re-election, even if it means doing a complete 180 to throw his support behind a bill he voted to kill just over a month ago.
On March 23rd, Jon Tester provided the deciding vote to kill the Laken Riley Act.
Following the vote on March 23rd, Republican Senator John Barrasso noted that every Democrat U.S. Senator voted against the Laken Riley Act, including my opponent Jon Tester.
Less than six months before the election, Tester has done what he does best: FLIP FLOP. He thinks voters don’t pay attention to what he does in Washington.
Jon Tester is a liar and a fraud.
His team must have received new polling, which indicated trouble looming ahead. So, Tester did what he does best - change his position to increase his re-election chances.
The Laken Riley Act would have ensured that killers like hers would be detained and deported from the United States. Jon Tester rejected it because he thought it would hurt his relationship with his progressive base and Party Bosses Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer.
This flip-flop is another LIE from Jon Tester. It is a thinly veiled attempt to pull the wool over Montana voters' eyes. Tester wants us to ignore his YEARS of supporting the open borders policies that let Laken Riley’s killer enter our country by now “supporting” a bill that he originally shot down..
